In his previous role at Meta, he partnered with cross-functional teams to increase collaboration efforts and organized documentation via Google Drive. He also conceptualized a novel team event that resulted in over $100k cost savings by recovering and recycling abandoned equipment. Libanos's experience as a research associate at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. involved supporting the process development program for next-generation viral vector manufacturing platforms. He performed hands-on experimental work in the development and optimization of unit operations for viral vector production and contributed to planning and design of experiments, execution, and data analysis. Libanos also initiated the design and development of an automated online tool to increase the efficiency of assay workflow.
