Lili Cosic is an experienced software engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, she is a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, where she works in the OpenShift etcd team. Her role involves working on the OpenShift etcd operator and upstream etcd. Prior to her current role, Lili worked as a Senior and then Principal Software Engineer in the monitoring team at Red Hat. In this role, she was responsible for working on OpenShift in-cluster monitoring team, with a focus on Kubernetes, Prometheus, monitoring, go, OpenShift, and other relevant technologies. She has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the Operator SDK & Monitoring Team, where she contributed to the integration of OpenShift monitoring. Lili holds a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Ljubljana, where she gained a strong foundation in her field of study. She has also developed a diverse skill set, including expertise in Kubernetes, integration, and software engineering. In addition to her work at Red Hat, Lili is an Advisor to Polar Signals, where she provides guidance and insight to the team.
