Linda Ravindran is an accomplished HR leader with a career spanning over 18 years in the telecom, consumer space, technology, retail, and e-commerce industries. She is currently the Co-Founder of Headway.ai, a smart talent platform that blends AI and behavioral science to power enterprise talent acquisition, talent management, and development with analytics and smart-bots to deliver big bang talent outcomes. Linda has a distinctive competency and experience in high-impact senior leadership roles, including talent acquisition, sales, client partnering, M&A, talent strategy, change management, executive coaching, and building high-performing teams. Her expertise lies in delivering results and leading multicultural teams across emerging markets in Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Headway.ai, Linda has worked with several renowned companies, including Microsoft, Nokia, and Myntra-Flipkart. At Myntra, she served as the Director of HR and Head of Talent Acquisition, where she was responsible for building and scaling the talent acquisition function for the company. Linda has also served as the VP and Head of Human Resources and Global Sales for an analytics startup, where she led the HR function and global sales for APAC and Europe. Linda has a PGDM in HR and Marketing from the School of Communication & Management Studies and a BBM in Management from Bharathiar University. She also holds a certification in Senior Software Engineering. Linda's tech stack includes AI, and she has a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive business outcomes.
