Lingala Ramesh is a highly experienced Technical Product Owner with a passion for innovation and customer-centric product development. With over 12 years of experience in product management, consulting, and engineering, Ramesh has worked across multiple business portfolios and has a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Ramesh is a certified PSPO™ and AWS Cloud practitioner and has created many inventions for products, filing over 75 patents (with more than 20 granted). Ramesh holds an M.Tech from COEP Technological University and has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU. As a Product Owner, Ramesh is responsible for product backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retro, and coordinating with development teams to ensure timely release to customers. Ramesh is also adept at working closely with tribe leads, execution leads, service designers, and operations leads to maintain quality within the tribe and ensure business outcomes and true customer value. Currently, Ramesh is working as a Technical Product Lead Owner and Innovation Leader at Carrier, where he manages Scrum and Kanban teams for access control systems. Ramesh is responsible for creating, refining, and prioritizing backlogs, roadmap and PI planning, release planning, capacity planning, customer and stakeholder engagement, multi-vendor management, cross-team collaboration, onboarding new joiners, training and mentoring teams, product documentation, release journals, and product innovation and R&D. Prior to his current role, Ramesh worked as a Project Lead for Product R&D at United Technologies, where he led multiple projects in Onity, Supra business, and leading substance projects on security products with a team of 20 engineers without deferment in timelines. Ramesh also worked as an Associate Consultant and Product Lead Consultant at Capgemini, where he led quality assurance and test automation efforts for leading clients in the banking and insurance sector. Ramesh's tech stack includes AWS, Java, SDET, test, and QA, and he has relevant experience of 13.10 years. Ramesh is a dynamic and result-oriented professional who takes pride in turning data into actionable insights to drive product and feature development and priorities. He is a curious learner who continuously acquires, expands, and applies knowledge in all aspects of life.
