Linoy P Joy is a Marketing and Strategy enthusiast who is currently working as a Special Project Lead at Allstate India. Prior to Allstate, Linoy has worked as a Healthcare Consultant - Intern at Dignite Cancer Care, where Linoy evaluated the cancer side effect management market in India and proposed solutions to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. Linoy has also worked as a Management Intern at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where Linoy performed a potential study of Sales of BPCL Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) on National Highways and devised strategies for network-specific and Retail Outlet (RO) specific initiatives.
