Linu Thankam is a Lead Engineer at Quest Global Pvt Ltd with almost a decade of IT industrial experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance & support of Web / Client-Server Applications. She has excellent team player skills with good communication, presentation, interpersonal, analysis, and leadership skills. Linu is a constant learner who believes in on-time, good quality software delivery. She has expertise in designing and developing strategic test plans, test cases, and is proficient in the complete software development life cycle. With core Java/J2EE experience, Linu has worked with SPRING, HIBERNATE, RESTAPI, Design patterns, C, HTML, and XML. She has also worked with Jboss and Apache Tomcat servers and has experience in developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers using MySQL and SQL SERVER. Linu has exposure to working with JUnit and extensive experience using development tools like Net Beans and Eclipse. Linu has also mentored and coached the project team on areas such as planning and integrating the work of multiple teams on a project, providing input on team performance, and reward. She has worked with an offshore development team and end clients in the USA. Linu has participated in and represented the organization at security exhibitions. She has also worked with end-user training and usability testing. Linu has a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from the University of Calicut. She has also completed HSE from the Board of Higher Secondary Examination and SSLC from the Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Linu's tech stack includes software engineering, SQL, test, Java, Spring, QA, Web, MySQL, Microservices, Javascript, Integration, and Amazon Athena. She has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Digital Harbor and a Product Developer at Xid Technologies Pte Ltd before joining Quest Global Pvt Ltd as a Lead Software Engineer. Linu has received quarterly awards as the Best Performer.
