Prior to his current role, Lionel worked as an Engineer at AI Division at Tata Elxsi, where he was responsible for maintaining the entire pipeline of machine learning models. He also co-founded Treesol, a team of four engineers that provides state-of-the-art equipment solutions in the field of agriculture. Lionel holds a PG Diploma in Software Development (Blockchain) from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Anna University.
