Lipi Passi is a Springboot/Java Lead at Capgemini, with over 7 years of relevant experience in software development. She is passionate about Java, Springboot, and Microservices, and is always eager to learn new technologies. Currently, Lipi is working as a Software Engineer (Java Web Application Developer) at neosoft, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Java and Spring Boot. Prior to her current role, Lipi worked at Whale Cloud as a Software Developer/System Engineer and Asst System Engineer, where she gained experience in software development, system engineering, and project management. She has also been involved in the development of payroll systems and has worked on various projects related to finance and international business. Lipi holds a Master's degree in Computer Application (Software Engineer/Programmer) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Finance and International Business and Foreign Trade from Sikkim Manipal University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the same university. Lipi's technical skills include Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Javascript, and Research Scientist.
