Lisa Hagendorf is a top-level PR and communications executive with over 25 years of experience. She is a lifelong New Yorker who moved to South Florida in 2016. Lisa has worked in-house leadership positions at iconic global brands and has provided agency counsel for over 100 start-ups. In 2013, she founded Centerpiece Public Relations, which offers senior consulting to small businesses and start-ups on communications, media relations, and thought-leadership positioning. Lisa offers her clients a unique combination of PR expertise, media know-how, and boundless energy. Lisa's PR services include media pitching, writing and editing, media training, and communications. She has a national and regional network developed over her two-decade career. Lisa's expertise extends to strategy development, PR plan creation, thought-leadership positioning for brands/executives, and critical thinking. Lisa is currently the President & Founder of Centerpiece Public Relations, Inc. specializing in tech startups and small businesses. Centerpiece PR offers a one-stop-shop for communications and PR needs. From press materials and planning to message development and media relations, Centerpiece leverages over two decades of experience to create and implement bespoke programs generating results that actually move the needle. Lisa has worked with several companies, including Ladders and Lagardere. At Ladders, she was Vice President of Public Relations, where she transitioned the PR function from a long-term incumbent agency to exclusively in-house while growing the team to four members under her supervision. At Lagardere, Lisa served as Director of Public Relations & Corporate Communications for the mobile-content division. She also consulted as Director of Public Relations for Cellfish Media, a mobile-content publisher rebranded as Bandsintown Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Penn State University. Her relevant experience is 24.71 years, and her tech stack includes mobile and search.
