Before joining Bill.com, Lisa was a technical recruiter for more than 10 years, recruiting top-notch software developers for companies like Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Intel. She enjoyed working with engineers and found that she loves problem-solving and being in tech. Lisa finally realized that she didn't want to recruit software engineers; she wanted to be a software developer and switched her career path.
