Lisa Mohapatra is a seasoned leader and serial entrepreneur with over 14 years of enriched experience in founding and running three successful start-ups. She has expertise in e-commerce, product management, online marketing and branding, partnerships, general management, sales, growth strategy, CRM, analytics, omni-channel, team building and leadership, and bootstrapping business to profitability. Lisa has achieved several key milestones throughout her career, including being featured in Facebook SHELeadsTech 2019, CIOL.com as CXO of the week in May 2019, and Yourstory.in as one of the successful woman entrepreneurs. She was selected for National Architecture and Interior Design Excellence Awards in 2019 and incubated by Axilor Ventures, founded by Infosys founders Mr. Shibulal and Mr. Kris Gopalkrishnan. She was also accelerated by SonderConnect, an accelerator focused on woman-led entrepreneurial ventures founded by Lathika Pai, Country Head, Microsoft for Startups. Lisa was featured as part of Nasscom 10K start-ups in 2016, selected as one of the Top 10 Start-ups Anthah Prerna (TIE Bangalore Chapter) 2015, and awarded Young Entrepreneur BW Business World 2015. She was also featured in Top 30 Start-ups Amrita TBI 2016 and Techstory.in, 2015. Currently, Lisa is the Founder of Hofeto, a vertical-focused e-commerce start-up for interior design, furniture, and furnishings. Hofeto offers a marketplace that enables discovery, selection, and supports requirement-to-fulfilment workflow for homeowners and interior suppliers. Previously, she founded and served as CEO of Huzzpa, an online interior design platform that digitizes and democratizes the design process and makes premium interior design affordable and accessible to all. Lisa also founded Makeuber, which was later rebranded to Huzzpa. Lisa holds a PGDM (GM) degree in marketing from XLRI and has 17.44 years of relevant experience. She is a product manager and possesses a strong tech stack. Lisa is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in entrepreneurship and is passionate about creating innovative solutions that make a difference in people's lives.
