Lobo Olsson is a seasoned engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, he serves as the Head of Mobile at HelloFresh, the global leader in the meal kit sector, operating in 14 markets across three continents. In this role, Lobo leads the Mobile Tribe, which comprises 30 engineers, test analysts, program managers, and UX designers, to ensure the delivery of a high-quality digital experience to all HelloFresh customers. He is responsible for all pillars of engineering management, including people, process, technology, and projects, and plays a critical role in scaling the company's global product. Prior to his current role, Lobo served as Squad Lead - Mobile and Squad Lead - Menu Experience at HelloFresh, where he led teams of 13 mobile engineers, test analysts, and program managers. In these roles, he ensured that all customers received a high-quality mobile experience on both iOS and Android and focused on the customer experience around HelloFresh's recipes and menu selections.
