Lohith M is a highly experienced engineering leader and manager with over 12 years of software development experience. He has worked with cutting-edge technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, Kafka, Swagger, shell scripting, and Docker. Currently, Lohith is playing a technical lead role and is involved in the architectural design and implementation of cloud-based software solutions. He has extensive experience in developing network management and network auditing software applications and possesses great knowledge of networking technologies such as Unified Communications (UC), Business Video (BV), and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCE). Lohith has hands-on experience in data collection techniques from Cisco Collaboration products like CUCM, CUC, VCS, Routers, and Switches. He has also worked on virtualization technologies and has created and deployed OVA and Docker solutions. Lohith is proficient in leading and mentoring teams, project planning, estimations, and execution excellence. He has excellent experience in leading transformational projects and takes complete ownership of the product, talking to customers on requirements, proof of concepts, dependencies evaluation, and making sure to build the right product. Lohith's core technical skills include programming languages such as Java and C, software development frameworks like Struts 1.2, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, Spring JPA, and Microservices. He also has expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Apache Kafka, and S3 Data Store, script programming languages like TCL, Perl, and Shell Scripting, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and web services such as SOAP and REST. Lohith is also well-versed in databases such as H2, HSQLDB, and Postgres. He has worked with companies such as Bodhtree Consulting Private Limited, Bangalore, and Cisco. Currently, Lohith is working as a Software Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco.
