Lohith Sunchu is a seasoned IT professional with over 8 years of experience in the aviation, corporate, and web domains. He is currently serving as a Solution Lead at TechMahindra, where he has been instrumental in providing production support and site reliability engineering services for clients. Lohith has extensive cross-cultural work experience in production environments and has proven expertise in ITSM, operational service, and production support. Lohith has made significant contributions towards knowledge management, incident management, problem management, and change and deployment management. He has also played a key role in supporting internal communication to stakeholders for change requests and coordinating with the Change Advisory Board for changes that present a higher risk. Lohith has developed a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. He has also drafted and submitted change management guides for approval from CAB. Lohith has a good work experience in SQL and UNIX and a good understanding of XML, JSON, and RESTful API's.
