He is currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking at PwC. Lokesh has been involved in a variety of projects in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance, with a primary focus on strategic M&A. He has worked on transactions in Metals, Real Estate, and Industrials, and has also gained experience in several transactions under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. Prior to his current role, Lokesh worked as a Senior Associate at Four-S Services, where he was responsible for Investment Banking, Fund Raising, and M&A in Indian markets. He also served as a Partner at Quants Trading Services, a quantitative research and trading firm with a strong focus on building quantitative investment and trading models to generate consistent returns. Lokesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He also completed his schooling from Delhi Public School - Maruti Kunj and holds a degree from Manav Rachna University.
