Lokesh Chugh is a highly experienced technical trainer with over 16 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Senior Consultant-Instructor at nterone corporation, where he specializes in Cisco Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Nexus, F5, Meraki Wireless, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, SDWAN Viptela, Cisco Tetration, SSNGFW, SDA, DNAC, and DNA Assurance. Prior to his current role, Lokesh worked as a Technical Trainer at British Telecom e-Serv India Pvt Ltd, where he handled complex customer designs for Multicast, QOS, BGP, and MPLS. He was also responsible for leading the L&D department as a full-time technical trainer for entire India operations. Lokesh has extensive experience in conducting technical trainings like CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCIE in both Routing & Switching and Security domain. He was also responsible for other technical trainings like F5, Riverbed, etc. Before joining British Telecom, Lokesh worked as a VPN Specialist Engineer at Aricent, where he gained expertise in resolving calls to Cisco TAC, configuring advanced networking parameters, and troubleshooting PIX Firewall, ASA 5500 series, IPS/IDS Appliance, FWSM, IOS IPS, CBAC, and ZBF. He has also worked on routers like CISCO 1700, 2600, 3600, and 3800 series. Lokesh has a strong understanding of TACACS+/RADIUS authentication, SNMP management, and internetworking troubleshooting experience.
