Lokesh Kadyan is a dynamic professional who has gained valuable experience in diverse fields over the course of his 7.12-year career. He is currently a Strategy Intern at vdart, an Atlanta-based IT services company. In this role, Lokesh has undertaken a staffing industry and competitor analysis for the United States, with a focus on the IT staffing industry. He has also analyzed various COVID-19 scenarios and recommended multiple strategic choices, both long and short term, across the value chain for VDart. Additionally, he has developed a customer criteria model for B2B sales and recommended a general strategy for account penetration and establishing baseline standards for deepening existing accounts, as well as expanding to new accounts. Prior to joining VDart, Lokesh worked as a Content Developer at Rau's IAS Study Circle, an educational institute for civil services aspirants. Here, he developed an end-to-end student-centric evaluation product and delivered video lectures on international affairs for civil services aspirants. He also contributed to content writing for subjects such as polity, international affairs, and geography for RAU'S monthly magazine. Lokesh has also worked as a Consultant for the Climate Project funded by UNDP at Chhattrasal Sewa Sansthan. In this role, he identified parameters affecting biodiversity in villages of Almora district and implemented tools like participatory rural appraisal (PRAs) and self-help groups (SHGs) to ensure community participation. Lokesh holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from BITS Pilani and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIM Trichy, with a focus on general management. He has also gained valuable experience in various fields such as staffing, education, and climate change. Lokesh is a quick learner who is always eager to take on new challenges.
