Lokesh is a skilled Software Developer with over 4 years of experience in C and C#. He currently works for Samsung on their Tizen and TizenRT open source operating system, where he is responsible for designing and developing applications that synchronize a device's notification to all Samsung devices present in the home. Lokesh is a quick learner who is keen on optimized code and has a strong interest in DSA. He uses C++ and STLs for competitive programming and is always looking for ways to improve his skills. Lokesh is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, where he received his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering. He has also received professional software certification and has been recognized as the Young Achiever of the Year. In his previous role at Samsung, Lokesh was responsible for designing and implementing new features to the User Awareness Framework of Tizen and taking it through commercialization. He also built a demo app on top of it to deliver messages left for specific users as they come home. Additionally, he was responsible for the architecture and development of C# APIs over the STC CAPI to better handle objects, errors, and event data for apps. Lokesh also ported the Xamarin Telephony application for Samsung wearable profile. Prior to working at Samsung, Lokesh worked as an Embedded Engineer at Hacklab Innovations, where he developed a Tour Guide Robot - Justa, to guide any guest through the NASSCOM startup warehouse. His exposure included PID algorithm, RFID, Auto-charge circuitry, PCB designing, and communication with android App. In his spare time, Lokesh enjoys running, trekking, and cycling. He is also an active participant on Codechef, where his handle is kasanacc.
