Lorraine Chan is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience in both front and backend development. Currently working at LinkedIn, Lorraine has worked her way up from a Software Engineer to her current position. In her previous role at UpCounsel, Inc., Lorraine supported a team of three engineers as the Tech Lead and was responsible for meeting bi-weekly sprint goals. She conducted on-site and phone screens and evaluated engineering candidates. Lorraine also enhanced client interaction by rebuilding the post-a-job process to include instant proposals for qualifying jobs and built instant call scheduling between the client and UpCounsel concierge team for qualifying jobs.
