Louie holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. During his time at Cal Poly, Louie developed a strong foundation in software engineering principles and gained hands-on experience in various programming languages and technologies. He is well-versed in a variety of tech stacks and is always eager to learn new technologies.
