Louise Walsh is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with over 10 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams in the tech space across EMEA, US, and APAC. She has a strong background in recruiting for technical, delivery, and sales teams. Louise started her career as HubSpot's first International Recruiter, based in Dublin, before relocating to Sydney in 2015 to join Atlassian as a Senior Tech Recruiter. For the last two years, Louise has been with Telstra Purple, Australia’s largest technical consultancy, as their Talent Acquisition Manager for NSW. Currently, Louise is the People, Talent & Culture Lead at Arinco, an innovator in cloud technology and a Microsoft preferred partner. Arinco's mission is to deliver outstanding Azure solutions to their Corporate, Enterprise, and Government customers right across Australia. Louise is responsible for hiring Microsoft Azure Consultants into Sydney, Melbourne, and right across Australia/NZ. She is also responsible for overseeing the talent strategy and hiring for technical, delivery, and sales teams. Louise has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Waterford Institute of Technology. Her tech stack includes Azure, and she has relevant experience of 8.37 years. Louise is passionate about shaping company culture and EVP and has worked closely with Co-CEOs to draft HR policies.
