Louvere Walker-Hannon is an experienced Application Engineering Senior Team Lead at MathWorks with over 26 years of relevant experience. She possesses a vast knowledge of how to use a wide assortment of products for AI and Data Science applications and is particularly interested in helping solve image processing, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning related issues/problems. Louvere is proficient in troubleshooting, fixing, and modifying MATLAB/C/C++/JAVA/HTML/Python/R/IDL code. She can effectively use various tools to perform analysis and obtain usable results such as ArcGIS, PCI Geomatica, QGIS, ArcMap, plus others. Louvere has the ability to transfer technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, with analytical thinking skills for problem-solving. She can program in various programming languages-MATLAB, C, C++, FORTRAN, JAVA, HTML, SQL, Python, and R. Currently, Louvere works as a Saturday Program Presenter at the Boston Museum of Science, managing the operations of the Cahners ComputerPlace area. She helps manage the activities of the volunteers and trains them in Cahners ComputerPlace (CCP), and enhances the visitors' experience by assisting with answering questions about the various exhibits in CCP, doing demonstrations of CCP related topics, and answering general questions about the Boston Museum of Science as well.
