Love Dhaka is a highly experienced Technical Lead with over 8 years of relevant experience in owning web-based projects from concept and design through testing, implementation, and client updates. He is diligent about producing exceptionally clean, strong, and secure code, and is successful at achieving browser, device, and operating system compatibility objectives while satisfying client desires and producing robust and sophisticated designs. Love is proficient in Python, Node.js, and Agile/SCRUM methodology, and has worked with a range of technologies including Senior Software Engineer, test, Javascript, Web, and Software Engineer. He is currently working at Espire Infolabs as a Technical Lead, where he is responsible for leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Prior to his current role, Love worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Espire Infolabs and as a Project Manager Consultant at Sri Sri Associates. In his previous roles, he performed detailed assessments of risks to determine constraints and develop mitigation strategies, maintained tactical control of project budgets and timelines, adjusted project plans to account for dynamic targets and operational specifications, and facilitated Scrum framework to realize full team engagement. Love holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University, where he studied from 2010 to 2014. He also attended DLF Public School from 2001 to 2010.
