Lovekesh has extensive experience in providing engineering leadership in managing analytical projects through the entire life cycle of software development, including scheduling, estimation, planning, setting goals for teams, directing the team’s high-level objectives and milestones, overseeing the overall project delivery timelines, and turning customer feedback into departmental/organizational goals. He has successfully led and managed technically complex projects through effective management of offshore and onshore product development, planning, scheduling, estimation, and delivery timelines. Lovekesh has exposure to business analysis and end-to-end solution delivery processes with strong knowledge in multiple software project execution methodologies. He has a strong adherence to various processes of software development life cycle and software testing life cycle. He has a good understanding of Automation framework creation using Java, Selenium, QTP, SoapUI, and TestNG.
