Loveneet Nigam is a Senior Software Engineer at AppDynamics with over 11 years of experience in the software industry. He specializes in C++, PHP internals, System Design, Data Structure and Algorithms, and ARM Architecture and Assembly Language. He is also an expert in System Debugging/T32 and has experience in Device Drivers and File System, Linux Kernel, and Embedded Systems. Currently, Loveneet is working on a PHP extension that intercepts PHP execution state. He is responsible for designing the extension subsystem, interacting with interfaces, and implementing it in C++. Prior to joining AppDynamics, Loveneet worked as an R&D Engineer-II at Cadence Design Systems where he was part of the Open Access Mixed Signal Team under the Digital Sign-Off Group. He was responsible for saving and restoring the database for INNOVUS tool into open access and other industry standard formats. He implemented new rules and constraints based on 7nm and 10nm technology and was the module owner of PDK reading and LEF and ASCII techFile writing for the design. He did all the enhancements and implementations in C++. Before Cadence, Loveneet worked as a Senior R&D Engineer-II at Aristocrat where he was part of the platform team responsible for the support required from the platform side, i.e. Linux to the game application. He worked on the in-house Game simulator of Aristocrat, Translation Lib server based on JAVA, added support for features like AFT (advance fund transfer), and fixed many X-windows related issues. He was also part of the Automation project responsible for automating different test cases for the game. Loveneet holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He also has a Science degree from OSVN Inter College, Kanpur. In addition to his technical skills, Loveneet is a Software Engineer with experience in PHP, test, and Java. He is a highly skilled professional with a strong track record of delivering results in complex technical environments.
