At Banco Hipotecario de El Salvador, he served as a Strategic Project Manager, providing consulting services on managing projects aligned with digital transformation for banking processes. At Avianca Holdings S.A., he managed feasibility analysis, project lifecycle development, and served as a Scrum Master for Financial, Marketing, and Loyalty business needs. He also managed stakeholders' expectations, contract management, risk management, budgetary control on CAPEX and OPEX, and was a CRM implementer (Dynamics 365).
