Luqmanul Hakim is an accomplished engineering manager and software engineer with over 5 years of experience in developing software with values across different industries. He has worked with SMEs, startups, and unicorn companies, demonstrating his unique style of leadership, devops, and product mindset. As an engineering manager, Luqmanul has built and empowered several tech teams in various companies while being passionate about business strategy and driving innovation through technology. He is currently working as an Engineering Manager at gokomodo, where he is responsible for managing the technology talent strategy, which includes product, design, and technology teams. Prior to his current role, Luqmanul served as the Chief Technology Officer at chatat.id, where he was responsible for outlining the company's technological vision and implementing technology efficiency strategies on Chatat's daily operations. He also led the team to build and roadmap profitable products to power up Chatat’s business. He conducted root-cause analysis to identify pain points in each department and managed the technology organization by overseeing the technology talent strategy. Before becoming the Chief Technology Officer, Luqmanul served as the Head of Engineering at chatat.id. In this role, he led and oversaw the engineering department of Chatat, from hiring and training new team members to managing tech projects. He managed engineering projects from start to finish by developing any SOP related to the company's continuous improvement goals. He empowered the tech team at Chatat by implementing monthly one-on-one reviews, sharing sessions, and designing training specifications. He also developed and implemented the scrum methodology and designed strategies for future development projects based on the Chatat’s overall objectives and resources.
