Luv Rathore is a Chemical Engineering student from IIT Kharagpur with 3.43 years of relevant experience. Currently working as an Analyst in JP Morgan Chase & Co., Luv is responsible for supporting complete backend of REST application and using Splunk to solve issues. He has also performed Functional and Load Testing for REST application on Karate (open-source automation framework). Luv has had the opportunity to work on Arango, synapse, and Oracle database by writing queries and procedures and integrating them with codes. He has worked on Spring job and batch application to complete several business tasks. Previously, Luv worked as a Research Project Assistant at the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. During his Summer Project, he worked on a comparative approach for the analysis of EOT crane incidents using Multi-Layer Neural Network and Extreme Learning Machines to build a Classifier Model to predict and stop accidents in the future. He also compared and applied the optimizers Genetic Algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization, and Memetic Algorithm to ELM and ANN (in Python & R) to improve the accuracy score of the classifier model. Luv successfully trained the model to achieve an accuracy score beginning from 0.49 to 0.81. Luv has also worked as a Member and Treasurer of the Chemical Engineering Association, Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. He headed the team of 6 volunteers to organize Field trips, Guest Lecturers, Freshers Introduction, Fundamental sessions, and other activities for the welfare of students of Chemical Engineering Department, IIT Kharagpur. Luv's tech stack includes Test, Spring, Backend, Research Scientist, Python, and Neural Networks. He completed his education from IIT Kharagpur in 2020. Luv is a hardworking individual with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies.
