Maanav Khaitan is an incoming Product Management Intern at Jio, with a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Business Administration. He is currently enrolled in the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (M.E.T.) program, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in both fields. Maanav has gained experience in strategy and technical consulting for growth-phase startups, having worked with Imperfect Foods and Bright Machines. He leveraged his skills in shortest-path optimization and mathematical modeling to minimize delivery times for Imperfect Foods, and built quantitative models to estimate market size for Bright Machines. He has also presented product recommendations and data-backed roadmaps for growth in new markets. As a Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Maanav worked on the project "Understanding Design Thinking and Teaming by Product Managers" under Professor Sara Beckman. Maanav's technical skills include SQL, Flask, and web development. He is also experienced in product management and research science. He is a quick learner and is always eager to take on new challenges. Maanav completed his International Baccalaureate Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics at Oakridge International School. He is expected to complete his Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Business Administration, and the M.E.T. program in 2024. Overall, Maanav is a highly motivated individual with a passion for product management and consulting. He is excited to apply his skills and knowledge to his upcoming internship at Jio.
