Madhunika Sivasankar is a highly skilled Product Manager with over 4 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently employed at HiLabs Inc., Madhunika is responsible for developing and executing product strategies, overseeing the product development process, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and expectations. Prior to joining HiLabs Inc., Madhunika worked as a Communications Coordinator for the Careers Advancement Council at the Indian School of Business. During her time there, she was involved in the implementation of private equity on Hyperledger Fabric, warrants implementation on Corda, and the development of an NLP engine to extract pertinent fields from warrant certificate documents. She also conducted evaluations and basic experimentation on Quorum and was involved in experiments involving sidechains on Liquid and Bitcoin. Madhunika's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer and Blockchain Developer at Fidelity. During her time there, she was part of the LEAP program, where she worked on an end-to-end Transfer Agent implementation on Blockchain (private Ethereum) with a team of five. She was also involved in the development of a technique to extract targeted key-value pairs from PDFs using named entity recognition, dependency parsing, word-embedding, clustering, and statistical modeling. Madhunika filed a patent for this technique, which involved shortlisting the most relevant sentences based on a nearness threshold. Additionally, she mentored two interns in their pre-final year of undergraduate studies and worked with them on an algorithm to parse textual data into a knowledge representation schema that she helped design. Madhunika holds a PGP degree from the Indian School of Business and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. She also holds a PGP degree from Chettinad Vidyashram and completed her Grade 10 in Computer Science and Engineering from St. John's English School and Junior College, Besant Nagar. Madhunika completed her primary education at Dolphin Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
