He is an accomplished investor, advisor, and entrepreneur with a passion for building great products and efficient teams. Madhusudan is currently working as a Founding Engineer at harness, where he is leading the development of a NextGeneration CD platform. Before joining harness, Madhusudan worked at Prudential Financial as a Staff Software Engineer/Manager, where he was responsible for architecting and developing web software, prototypes, or proofs of concepts. He championed best practices, mentored junior developers, and pushed the engineering organization forward along technology innovation. Madhusudan also worked on LINK by Prudential from scratch, which was a significant achievement. Madhusudan also worked at Anthem as a Technology Lead/Engineering Manager, where he created and developed system applications utilizing standard concepts, practices, and procedures. He reviewed and approved business, functional, and technical design specifications for transaction processing applications. Madhusudan implemented core design components with software development best practices and suggested and implemented process improvements for estimating, development, and testing processes. He also developed and led the Front End development of Medicare over 65. Madhusudan holds an Executive Degree Program in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Indiana University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nirma University. Madhusudan is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in software engineering, web development, frontend development, and testing.
