Madhusuthanan has a strong engineering background and is skilled in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Python, Oracle Database, Maven, and Agile Methodologies. He has worked on several projects throughout his career, including designing and implementing a configurable batch framework that reduced code bloat, redundancy, and time-to-market for product rollouts.
