Mahalakshmi R. is a highly experienced freelancer with over 10 years of experience in various domains such as GSM-MSC feature development using C, Java, ASN, network product testing using QA tool, VoIP-SIP call flow test, and vxml automation for call-center product using Java, vxml, and DSL access device lab setup and TR protocol test/certification for vendor modems. Currently, she is working as an SSE at chemicasoft. Mahalakshmi has previously worked as a TL (Technical Consultant) at Alcatel-Lucent India Limited, where she was involved in VXML automation for Genesys products in the VoIP domain from 2004 to 2006. From 2006, she formed a team for Home management devices and network analysis applications in the DSL domain and became team lead/technical consultant. Mahalakshmi completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from University Visvesraya College of Engineering in 2000. She has a relevant experience of 16.85 years and is proficient in technologies such as test, Java, QA, and Software Engineering.
