Mahaveer S. is a Chief AI Officer at Clutterbot, where he is responsible for hiring AI/ML and Robotics Engineers. He is passionate about bringing research outcomes from the arena of machine learning and artificial intelligence into live products that reach customers' hands and delights them. With 5.19 years of relevant experience, Mahaveer has successfully built and managed AI/ML teams, researchers, and software engineers in building AI-centric products that have proven business outcomes, cost savings, and earning potential. As an AI thought leader, Mahaveer has helped teams and organizations come up with long-term AI strategies to uncover its business value through implementation. He has been working at the intersection of research and product for technologies such as Object detection & Recognition, Semantic Segmentation, Autonomous Navigation, and SLAM. Mahaveer graduated with a Master's from the Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management Gwalior (IIIT Gwalior), working with Prof. Rajendra Sahu (Director). Having worked on robust Object-based SLAM and Monocular Object tracking. Apart from that, Mahaveer worked at IIIT Gwalior for a year as a Deep Learning Researcher. There he worked on the outdoor autonomous driving project for moving object segmentation and localization. Mahaveer's past experience includes working as a Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Clutterbot and as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Attentive AI. At Attentive AI, Mahaveer was responsible for designing, developing, and managing different types of Vision Systems for satellite imagery application. He also led a team of four people for the development of a High-Performance System for “Fast Georeferenced Feature Operations” based on OpenHPC. Mahaveer leverages his knowledge in Team Management, Docker, Docker-Compose, Google Compute Engine, OpenHPC, CentOS, RockCluster Tensorflow, PyTorch, GDAL, Faster-RCNN, RFCN Architecture, and utilizes Multithreading and Multiprocessing for reducing execution time of Pipelines. His educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management Gwalior.
