Mahek Mody is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of React Labs, a home appliance company that caters to the millennial generation. She is currently the CEO of the company and is responsible for driving its overall growth and success. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Mahek has proven herself to be a competent leader and a valuable asset to any organization she works with. Prior to founding React Labs, Mahek served as the Chief of Staff in the CEO's office at Ather Energy. Her responsibilities included managing the CEO's office, formulating and articulating the founder's vision into organizational goals, identifying and de-bottlenecking critical paths of top-level organization goals, and acting as an information pipeline between the organization and the CEO. She also executed internal projects that were cross-functional and not clearly within the scope of any other organization verticals and formed new teams and verticals within the organization. Before Ather Energy, Mahek worked as a Technical Lead for Vehicle Dynamics at Altair. She led a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of all automotive-specific products of MotionSolve, including tire models, driver models, powertrain models, and other automotive component models. Mahek holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. She also completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Hiranandani Foundation School. Mahek is an expert in AI and Senior Software Engineering and has a broad range of technical expertise. She is currently looking for talented individuals to join her team, including D2C marketing, hardware engineering, and PMs who like to cook. With her leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit, Mahek is sure to lead React Labs to great success.
