He has technical expertise in STLC/SDLC, which entails automation testing, validation testing, compatibility testing, and different types/levels of testing such as functional testing, system testing, regression testing, smoke testing, compatibility testing, and black box testing. He is an expert in Service Management Solution (Freshservice Product) and Reports & Analytics (Freshservice Analytics).
