Mahendra Bagul is a highly skilled and experienced polyglot full-stack developer with over 8 years of experience in all phases of SDLC/STLC. He is passionate about learning and implementing different technologies and prefers Linux as a platform. Mahendra has contributed to several open-source projects, including adding support for Crossplane as a Gitlab Managed App and AWS CFT in accurics/terrascan. Currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at InfraCloud Technologies, Mahendra has expertise in Golang, Kubernetes Operators (using Kubebuilder and Operator Framework), Istio, NSM(Network Service Mesh), Terratest, ginkgo, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Micronaut, Apache Spark, Maven, RKE, K3S, React js, and ExpressJs. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at InfraCloud Technologies, Mahendra contributed to several projects, including developing a tool that lets users install and manage Istio on clusters, contributing to a platform that provisions Kubernetes clusters using Kubeadm on various cloud/bare metal technologies, and adding Crossplane as a managed app in Gitlab. He also worked on Botkube for a small feature. Before joining InfraCloud Technologies, Mahendra worked as a Specialist Programmer at Infosys, where he developed an admin portal for managing insurance managers, integrated with existing Azure AD and 13 different custom modules developed and owned by Suncorp. He also migrated three projects from old Oracle Identity Management tools to a new set of tools. Mahendra holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic. He completed his SSC from Mahatma Fule Vidyalaya, Malwadi, Tal-Deola (Nashik).
