Mahendra Nakar is a multi-skilled solutions architect with over 18 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the VP of Technology at Ketto, where he works closely with the founders and management team to lead engineering planning and achieve business goals. He is responsible for identifying and prioritizing development initiatives, implementing and deploying the product, and maintaining and building a high-performance engineering culture. Mahendra is a proactive issue and problem solver with an ability to identify stakeholder needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. He consistently demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills to develop complex applications and robust solutions using OOA&D approaches and industry best practices. Mahendra has won several awards for his contributions to the business, including the "Hungry Henry" CEO Award in 2011 and three-time nominations for "The Geese Award" in 2012, 2014, and 2015 for demonstrating the best leadership qualities. Mahendra has worked with People Interactive as a Solutions Architect and Senior Project Manager in the past. At People Interactive, he was responsible for architecting, designing, and developing large-scale, complex systems. He also provided technical and architectural leadership for one or more software engineering teams and drove innovation and engineering standards/best practices across Engineering. Mahendra holds an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Information & System Management from Mumbai University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from S.K. Somaiya College. Mahendra's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer and Research Scientist.
