Mahesh Agrawala is a passionate software engineer with over 8 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications and services. He has an extensive knowledge of leading people and supporting the team technically on their issues, module planning, deployments, and more. Mahesh has worked on teams following scrum meetings and agile methods on projects and has experience in release-wise project planning and tracking. He has a strong understanding of managing source codes on Git and TFS using all kinds of tools available on multiple platforms. Mahesh has over 4 years of experience working on developing React Native/React JS applications with Redux. He is an application developer with experience starting from scratch with requirements up to the publishing of the application on app stores. He has 5+ years of experience working on Apple technologies to develop iOS apps. Mahesh has worked on developing well-managed backend web services using Codeigniter PHP, Django Python, and ASP. Net. He can handle databases like SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, Core Data, etc., very well for the applications/services. Mahesh is always open to trying new technologies/platforms that come his way. He has basic experience in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and XML. Currently, he is working as an Associate Technical Lead at The Digital Group, where his responsibilities include working on individual React JS modules of the project along with changes on the core module, which is in asp.net and database-related changes on SQL Server. He is leading the mobile app team technically on React Native and conceptually for new implementations, as well as giving support for solving bugs on the existing implementation. Mahesh has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at The Digital Group and as a Senior Mobile Developer at Arkenea. At The Digital Group, he was responsible for working on the React Native mobile application for the project, developing new modules, restructuring the entire application architecture, implementing new UI for the app, and leading a team of 4 people. At Arkenea, he was responsible for designing and developing iOS applications as per the requirement of the client. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Kuvempu University. He has also completed his 12th in Science from Anchal College, Padampur.
