Mahesh Jadhav is a Senior Manager in Data and AI Strategy, with over 14 years of rich experience in providing high-impact data-based solutions to various clients across different industries. He is an IIT-ISB alumnus with a specialization in Fraud Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Customer Analytics, among others. He is skilled in Statistical Modelling/ML/DL/NLP/Cloud technologies and has hands-on experience in SQL, R, Python, and Pyspark. Mahesh has led end-to-end implementation of Data Science/Analytics projects and has built High Impact Data Science teams from scratch by recruiting niche talent and by coaching, mentoring, and nurturing the junior team members on various Data Science use cases, tools, and technologies. He is adept at identifying, ideating, curating, and developing innovative AI solutions for business use cases across various domains like Mortgages, Credit Risk, Enterprise Reconciliation, Treasury, Trade Surveillance, Anti Money Laundering (AML), KYC, and Screening. Mahesh is currently working at Accenture as a Vice President / Principal Data Scientist / Senior Manager Data Science, AI, developing and delivering products and services involving Innovative AI Solutions to improve CX (Customer experience) for both B2B and B2C clients. He has delivered Intelligent Revenue Growth through Quality Lead Generation, Lead Prioritization, and Projects in the ESG Domain using AI and ML. He has rich experience in Customer Analytics and is responsible for doing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, pre-sales, business development, and staffing. He has built and developed BD's and RFP's for Customer 360, Customer Data platform, and Improving customer experience. Mahesh has worked with Citi as a Lead Data Scientist- Assistant Vice President, offering Data Science/ML/NLP based solutions for Compliance Division across Trade Surveillance, Anti Money Laundering (AML), KYC, Screening, etc. He has also worked with BNY Mellon as a Senior Data Scientist, where he built advanced analytics Strategic solutions for Treasury on Customer Churn/Retention, Revenue Forecasting, and built Advanced Analytics solutions for Enterprise reconciliation in terms of reducing their Operational Burden by 8 FTE, thus saving significant costs and time taken for STP. Mahesh has completed an Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics from ISB, an Executive Education program from Northwestern University in Leading with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, and holds a Masters in Physics from IIT
