Mahesh Mamani is an Associate at JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.6 trillion and operations worldwide. He has over 24 years of relevant experience in the field of production management, software engineering, and integration. Prior to his current role, Mahesh worked as a Production Management Analyst at Deutsche Bank, Singapore, where he provided day-to-day production support services for APAC region clients, ensuring customer expectations were met or exceeded. He also proposed and refined new/current processes impacting Client Reporting related areas to mitigate Client Reporting incidents. Additionally, he provided management support for Client Reporting related issues and participated in integration testing and roll-out procedures for the latest Summit & SPA enhancements using the Change Management procedures. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mahesh worked as a Senior Software Engineer at LogicaCMG, Bangalore, India. There, he performed various activities for the OMG (Open Messaging Gateway) project, including performance benchmarking, profiling, and performance tuning of the product. He also maintained and corrected bugs in the current product releases and maintained the build activities for the various streams of the product. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in E&T from Bharati Vidyapeeth CoE, Mumbai University. He also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate from MVLU and a Secondary School Certificate from Children's Academy. Additionally, he attended National Public School in Bangalore. Mahesh's tech stack includes test, integration, and software engineering. He is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. He is passionate about continually improving application stability and performance to minimize support calls and enhance customer satisfaction.
