First PM hire for Emeritus’ B2B organization
Built Learner Analytics feature for B2B which enabled employers & managers to track the progress of their employees in Emeritus' cohort- based courses. Led a cross functional group to build a data reporting pipeline for the B2B business, facilitating internal financial reporting as well as supporting our university partners. This project was foundational to scaling the B2B offering.

- Led a workgroup of 7 people across teams including a UX Designer and a PM to build a Quick Order feature in the Salesforce Commerce app which enables customers to checkout faster.

The platform offers an enterprise cloud computing company that provides business software on a subscription basis. It offers products catering to the sales, service, and marketing needs of enterprises through the cloud and mobile app. In addition to CRM tools, it also offers analytics, and forecasting, collaboration tools. It provides collaboration services such as sharing knowledge, task management, and connecting employees with files and data. It has clients such as IDFC Bank, NMIMS, CEAT, etc.

Platform offering cloud based CRM and social collaboration solutions for enterprises

Created a new personal CRM application from scratch: validated hypotheses via user interviews, designed the end-to-end experience, worked with a UX developer to build and launch the app.
Eventually sunset the project due to lack of a critical mass of users

- Created a Machine Learning app which reduced time taken to detect issues in servers by several hours per week and increased the efficiency of the Site Reliability team. The app made predictions and did Anomaly detection on server data using Neural networks.
Published a white paper discussing findings and results of our approach towards Anomaly Detection and its applications in Capacity Planning and Triage and Repair

Scoped and executed the first version of WeightWatchers’ conversational UI apps in 5 months. Worked cross-functionally with UX designers and engineers to design mockups, examine technical feasibility and build the first Proof of Concept.

1)Worked with three other engineers to create an internal tool for the company.
a) successfully migrated old data from Oracle database to the new Database in Mongo. 
b) Created a micro service for image upload using the Cloudinary API. 
c) Wrote scripts to map keys and values across different mongo collections

President and Licensee for TEDxUniversityofRochester, the first ever TEDx conference to take place at the University of Rochester. Founded and led a team of 20 after pitching to the Dean of the university.
