Manas Mahanta is a Technical Architect with a focus on Machine Learning at Quantiphi, with over 6 years of experience in data warehousing, data ingestion, data analysis, and the implementation of machine learning algorithms. Additionally, Manas developed a recommendation engine for CNA-Google that helps agents select customized policies for customers and built a trial matching algorithm for NSCLC (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer) using state-of-the-art BERT embeddings and DeepEnroll. Manas has previously worked as a Data Scientist at Scry Analytics, where he developed features and set up clusters for an Anti-Money Laundering model that detects outliers based on wire transactions between different parties. He has also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at USC Institute for Creative Technologies, where he implemented a medical image classification tool using Google's inception to determine whether a person is diabetic or not based on images of their eyes.
