With over 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in the fast-paced startup industry, Manasi has proven success in finding top talent for growing organizations. Starting her recruitment journey with Agrostar, an Agri tech startup in Pune, India, Manasi moved on to Browserstack, where she played a pivotal role in the hiring process, recruiting top talent for Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics roles. Currently, she is part of the Postman team, a developer-centric company that provides a collaboration platform for API development. Here, as a Global Talent at Postman, she is responsible for hiring top talent for Postman's Engineering, Product, and Design teams globally, ensuring the company is well equipped with the best talent to drive its vision forward. But beyond her professional life, Manasi is a multifaceted individual who is passionate about pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations. She is an international level roller skater who has represented India and won 27 national gold medals. She has even received the highest sports award given by the Maharashtra state for her achievements in roller skating. This same drive to win against all odds, despite challenges, is something she brings to her professional life, constantly striving to be the best version of herself.
