Manav Doshi is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer and Team Manager with a passion for coding and web development. He is currently pursuing his majors in Mechanical Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. With a relevant experience of 0.36 years, Manav has worked on various projects involving Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications, including Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs) where he worked on specific algorithms involving aging and de-aging of human faces. Manav is currently serving as the Department Academic Mentor at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he is part of a 43-member team selected based on extensive interviews and peer reviews. He is responsible for mentoring 6 sophomores in the department, providing academic guidance and general counsel. Additionally, he acts as the first point of contact and actively bridges the gap between students and faculty. Previously, Manav worked as a Team Manager at Unmesh Mashruwala Innovation Cell, where he was a member of the team in charge of planning, organizing, and publicizing events under the Innovation Cell. He also moderated and channeled information between the Core team members and the Non-Core team members. Manav implemented initiatives to facilitate communication, ease workflow, and ensure documentation in the team. He also presented a yearly budget of 1.8 million INR to the Student Technical Projects Committee, IRCC, and was responsible for presenting the technical work of the team to relevant companies and firms to gain sponsorships. He conducted the Non-core recruitment drive for the team and shortlisted 3 candidates out of 50+ total applicants. Manav has a strong educational background, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He also holds a degree in HSC from Pace Junior Science College and IGCSE from Witty International School. Manav is proficient in various coding languages like Python, web development, and has experience working with technologies like Adversarial Networks, Deep Learning, Object detection, CNN, OpenCV, and more. With his skills and experience, Manav is a valuable addition to any team looking to develop innovative solutions in the field of Machine Learning and beyond.
