Manav Mishra is a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience in cutting-edge web technologies. He has a strong expertise in ReactJS and associated tech stacks, including web3, EthersJs, and GraphQl. Manav is currently the Cofounder and CTO of GRID finance, where he is building an end-to-end operations platform for web3 organizations and contributors. As the Lead Fullstack developer and Interim CTO at Parcel, Manav played a key role in developing the company's primary product, a Multisignatory Cypto-payroll Application built on top of Gnosis Safe. He also created an authentication system using digital cryptographic signatures to secure sensitive client data and scaled the team from 2 to 7 developers. Manav led the team over a 2-month sprint to release Parcel's biggest update to date with a complete UI upgrade, Automations, One-click CSV payouts, etc. Manav also worked as a Software Developer at Razrlab, where he built a responsive framework from scratch using ReactJS that could be used to create a front-end for clients with personalized views for the client as well as the individual users using user-modifiable configurations. He later led a team of three to further expand and enhance this framework. Additionally, he built an application with Ionic-React and chrome kiosk for a smart thermostat as well as a few other remote devices. Manav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. He is a Senior Software Engineer with strong skills in both Frontend and Backend development. His relevant experience amounts to 4.78 years.
