Mandar Chiplunkar is a highly experienced Deputy Vice President at Kotak Life with over 12 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a strong background in product management, search, test, and QA, making him an asset to any team. Before joining Kotak Life, Mandar held the position of Product Lead at Jio, where he designed and implemented the strategy and roadmap for the Grocery vertical, JioMart Grocery. He also conceptualized and wrote detailed product requirements in the form of user stories for the JioMart Grocery App (B2C) and oversaw the end-to-end implementation of the JioMart grocery initiative. Mandar prepared the launch strategy of the customer App (B2C) for the Electronics vertical and developed a Device Exchange program for Smartphones. He also launched the Locked Device program with financing for sub 10k price range devices. Prior to Jio, Mandar worked as a Product Manager at Tata, where he worked on the omnichannel workflow for the ship from store, return to the store, cliq n piq, order in-store, and integrated with a third-party partner for the geofence project for the omnichannel initiative. He also collaborated with the Engineering and QA team to prioritize, plan and deliver quick releases and collaborated with multiple tech partners for requirement discussion, use case grooming session, UAT testing, and sign-off. Mandar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics Engineering from Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering. With his extensive experience in product management and his excellent communication skills, Mandar is an asset to any organization.
