As the Director of Engineering at Broadcom Inc., he has demonstrated his expertise in building high-performance, motivated, and engaged teams to deliver top-class software products. Mandar's focus has always been on teamwork, quality, innovation, agility, and fun. He has extensive experience in web-based cloud product development using .Net, Java, Spring, relational and non-relational database technologies for large-scale N-Tier complex enterprise products. Mandar is specialized in global engineering management for multiple enterprise Cyber Security and ITGRC products, cloud and SaaS product development, and end-to-end product development - from idea generation to managing execution and delivery. In his previous role as Director of Engineering at Symantec, Mandar worked as an entrepreneur to build, mature, and deploy technology to protect tens of millions of endpoints, growing that business from zero to $100M+. He has also worked with world-wide Fortune 500 customers, providing solutions that meet their unique needs. Mandar holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Nowrosjee Wadia College and a Bachelor of Computer Science from ACS College. He also has a Higher Secondary School degree in Science and an SSC from MSS Highschool.
