Manika Ajmani is a skilled UX Designer with a background in Computer Application. She is currently pursuing a program in UX Design at Humber College. With extensive experience in designing User Interfaces for desktop, mobile, and tablet responsive, she has excellent knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Figma. Manika is a critical thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively. She is highly proactive and can work independently while seeking stakeholder engagement. Her collaborative skills have enabled her to work in teams, creating a healthy environment for everyone, and directly working with software developers. Currently working as a UX/UI Designer at Berkindale Analytics, Manika has also worked as a UX Researcher and UX Designer at IterateUX, where she was part of the Creative Team. She was responsible for coming up with weekly UI/UX design challenges on the Discord channel and connecting people with industry experts to help them gain feedback on their profiles from experts. The challenges helped people step out of their comfort zone, sharpen their UI skills, get exposed to new resources and tools, connect with the UX community, and get feedback and reviews from senior designers. Manika has a Bachelor of Computer Application from GGSIPU and is expected to complete her User Experience Design program at Humber College in 2022. She attended St. Mark's Girls Sr. Sec School, Meera Bagh. Her tech stack includes Designer, UI, Research Scientist, and Mobile.
