Manikandan Rengaswamy Raju is a highly experienced and accomplished leader with over 23 years of experience in product, engineering, and IT development across various industries such as eCommerce, retail, telecom, transportation, aerospace, home, and industrial automation. He has established IT captive centers in emerging regions such as China and India and managed the M&A and divestitures of organizations. Manikandan has extensive experience in implementing ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and homegrown ERP and state-of-the-art IT solutions. He has managed delivery units of various business verticals across geographies, including North America, EMEA, and AsiaPac, with global exposure in the US, China, Belgium, UK, and India. He is a certified SixSigma BlackBelt, PMI-PMP certified, CMMI Level 5 assessment team member, and ITIL certified. As the Senior Director IT at Flipkart, Myntra, and other group companies, Manikandan is leading the IT business operations team, engineering and product development for supply chain and corporate functions, and enterprise IT applications across various business categories. He is managing supply chain IT and expanded Flipkart and Myntra supply chain across Pan-India by establishing fulfillment centers, distribution centers, large grocery, furniture, first and last-mile businesses. Additionally, he is managing the IT financials to optimize the cost and driving the organization towards profitability. Manikandan has held various leadership positions in the past, including Director IT at Juniper Networks, where he was responsible for program management and process excellence functions, and Head of Program Management and Quality at Honeywell, where he was responsible for IT delivery governance, program management, quality assurance, partner engagement, IT compliance, customer excellence, SIOP, IT service management, and more. Manikandan holds a PGSEM in Executive Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, an M.S in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a B.E in Computer Science & Engineering from Bharathidasan University.
